As a buyer at Dolphin Point Club, Butterfield’s Personal Lending would like to partner with you to assist in this purchase

Below is a summary of our special terms:

RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE (OWNER OCCUPIED)

  • Up to 90% financing available
  • Amortisation terms of up to 30 years
  • No prepayment penalties on variable rate mortgages
  • Reduced interest rates for premium mortgages ($500k+) of Prime* plus 0% to 0.50%
  • Arrangement/commitment fee waived (normal fee is 1%)
*Prime Rate is currently 5% and is variable from time to time as published by the Bank

VACATION HOME OR INVESTMENT PROPERTY MORTGAGE (SHORT OR LONG TERM RENTAL) Up to 75% financing is available for local residents and up to 65% available for non-residents

  • Amortisation terms of up to 20 years
  • No prepayment penalties on variable rate mortgages
  • Reduced interest rate of Prime plus 1%
  • Arrangement/commitment fee waived (normal fee is 1%)
*Prime Rate is currently 5% and is variable from time to time as published by the Bank

What’s Involved?

Our personal lending officers are available to meet with you, at your convenience to discuss your plans and offer our assistance with any questions that you may have.

For quick approvals, we will need some personal and confidential information from you so that we can get to know you better.

This includes:
  • A copy of an accepted purchase agreement
  • A completed mortgage application
  • An employment letter addressed to Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited confirming length of employment, position and salary
  • An appraisal on the property confirming its value (Butterfield will order this upon completion of construction)
  • Confirmation of cash available to close on the purchase, if not held with Butterfield
